    Navy is a milary branch and SEAL is a SF(special forces) unit thats part of the U.S. military. SEAL means Sea Air and Land.

    He lives in Mexico half of the year,, lives in Minneapolis the other half,, when winter comes around here,, he goes to Mexico,, just as alot of retired people. He just started doing that after his governor term was over. He can run for president. He was born here,, grew up here,, and technically still lives here
